Albu Design is a wife/husband team of artists living in the high desert of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We were trained in New York City and have worked in several media over the past 15 years.

We specialize in original, handcrafted tile pendants made from wooden Scrabble® tiles.

Albu Design uses predominantly non-toxic materials that are water resistant but not water proof, so please don't subject your jewelry to water. Small parts make them inappropriate for children.

Albu Design is committed to customer privacy. We require certain information, such as shipping address, email, and telephone numbers only to conduct the business of creating and delivering your order. We do not rent, sell or otherwise distribute your personal information.

SECURE ORDERING

All online transactions at tilependant.com are handled via PayPal with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion...is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions."

Please do not send your credit card information through an email as email is not a secure means of transmission.

As a fraud-prevention measure, PayPal send an email confirmation for every online PayPal payment that you make. If you receive an email confirmation for a transaction that you didn’t approve, contact PayPal and they’ll work to quickly resolve the issue — you won’t be responsible for any unauthorized charges.
