Product Info
How are your products made? Every Albu Design pendant is made by hand, one at a time, in our studio in New Mexico. All designs are original. We strive to use non-toxic materials. Wood tile pendants are made from Scrabble tiles. Glass tile pendants are made from recycled glass. Bails are silver-plated. Each handmade pendant is unique and may vary slightly in color or design from the photograph.
What ages are your products suitable for? Because of the small parts, tile pendants are a choking hazard for children under 12. Please keep all jewelry away from children and pets.
How durable are your products? Our tile pendants are handmade using some water-soluble ingredients. They are water resistant, but not waterproof. Please remove before swimming, bathing, or running naked in the rain. The translucent finish may buff to a gentle matte finish over time.
Can I choose the letter which appears on the back of my Scrabble tile pendant? No, sorry. The back will show a random letter.
Ordering and Payment
How do I pay for my purchase? Albu Design accepts payment by credit card via PayPal.™ All prices are in U.S. dollars. PayPal automatically converts local currencies to U.S. dollars.
Can I pay with a credit card? Yes. PayPal allows you to pay via major credit card. You do not need a PayPal account for this. There are no additional fees.
What is PayPal, how does it work on Albu Designs, and how do I buy items with it? PayPal is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. PayPal will "run" your card for Albu Design, but Albu Design will never see or store your credit card number. Albu Design is not affiliated with or subsidized by PayPal. Custom Designs
How do your custom designs work? Place an order for a custom glass tile pendant and during the check out process, there will be an opportunity for you to include your email address in "Message to seller." We will contact you to coordinate receipt of your digital photo. Note that we cannot accept physical paper photos.
Returns
What's your return policy? We want you to be delighted with every purchase and are happy to accept returns for any reason within 15 days. Contact us for a return authorization number and instructions. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition as received and buyer is responsible for return postage.
